Why did inviting someone not put them on the schedule?
An invitation gives sign-in access only. Add them in Resources to book their work, then use Link to Resource in Team & access to connect the two.
Can someone be on the schedule without a sign-in?
Yes. Add them in Resources and don't invite them.
Can I get an invitation link back?
No. Revoke it under Outstanding invites in Team & access and create a new one.
Why does a Resource link need attention?
The person proposed in the invitation was linked elsewhere or no longer available when it was accepted. Select Choose another person or Dismiss on the member's row.
Why is a Settings control disabled?
Check Your access in Team & access. Most company settings need Editor or above; Overview access needs Admin or Owner.
Can I change the week start, time zone or language?
No. Week start and time zone are fixed when the company is created, and English is the only language. Date format in Settings changes how dates appear.
Why can't I change who can join?
Only the Owner can change the joining policy. Admins can see it and copy the joining link. Review who can join
Do I set up company login?
No. The installer configures the login provider; you invite members and check their access. Company login
